Meet Marica Renne

What is your official role at B'nai Shalom Day School?

STEAM Coordinator, Upper School Science Teacher, & K-8 Music Teacher

What is your favorite thing about your role?

I love that I get to be creative in many ways through the different hats that I wear.

Do you have any pets?

Yes! We have a new dog, Winston, who is a Beagle mix we adopted through the SPCA. We also have two cats who we adopted through the SPCA, Max & Luna. They are all very spoiled.

What made you choose to work at B’nai Shalom Day School?

The community. I love how the staff works together to support our students and each other in everything that we do - whether it's inside the walls of our building, or out in the world. It's also been amazing to get to watch my personal children learn and grow throughout their years at B'nai.

What your favorite way to spend time with your family?

We love to play board games, go for hikes, or just snuggle for a movie night.

What your favorite way to spend time with your family?

Try to keep it all in perspective - see the bigger picture.
